Shipping Information

SHIPPING COSTS
Currently we offer worldwide shipping. For customers in Asia, orders will be sent via SF Express and for all international orders, shipments will be sent via HK Post for local postal delivery. 

For our international customers, please allow up to 14 business days to receive your package from date of purchase. For customers within Asia, please allow up to 7 business days. 

We currently do not offer expedited shipping. However, if you just can't wait to receive your order or are looking for a last-minute gift, please purchase a gift card or contact us directly at info@StoneyMaine.com to see how we can help. 

WHERE'S MY ORDER?
All orders will receive a tracking number once shipment has been arranged. Once your order leaves our facility, it is out of our hands.  There can be two key reasons that you have not received your order yet:

There is a delay from the shipping carrier. You can track the touchpoints of your parcel using the Tracking ID at our shipping partners website. Or, the parcel is delayed at custom clearance

PAYMENTS
For customers located in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Euro area member countries, Macau, Mainland China and Singapore, pricing and payments are available in your local currency. For other geographies, pricing and payments are made in Hong Kong Dollars. Please note that due to exchanges rates, the final price may fluctuate based on the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Please note that the customer is responsible for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country they are shipping to.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please email us at info@stoneymaine.com as soon as you can to inform us of the correct shipping address, however if the package has already been dispatched, we will not be able to recall the items for you. We are not responsible for any orders delivered to an incorrect delivery address provided by you.

LOST PACKAGES
In the event that your package is lost in transit, please email us at info@stoneymaine.com immediately and we will try our best to solve the issue as quickly as we can. However, please do note that we will not be responsible for lost or stolen items once the delivery service has declared the package as 'Delivered'.

NEED TO CANCEL OR CHANGE YOUR ORDER?
If you wish to cancel or change your order, please write to us at info@stoneymaine.com immediately. If your order has been dispatched already, unfortunately we would not be able to cancel or change the order for you.
